No Rain is a fanlisting for the 10th ending theme of Naruto, 'SPEED' by Analog Fish. It's a very catchy alternative song, whereas the ending animation is simply adorable. It's probably my favorite ending, seeing cute little Naruto stuck inside on a rainy day.

The fanlisting is named after a song by Blind Melon. The lyrics basically say 'I'm not very interesting. I like watching puddles gather rain.' I thought it fit the ending well.
